Well decided since the bike was down for a week waiting on intake boots, I decided to rewire the fuse box.
Soldered and shrink wraped all the connectors. New cables for the starter, positive feed to the solenoid and all new ground wires. Soldered the stator wires straight to the R/R.
Duaneage's Honda R/R next to a OEM R/R. (correction: it seems this one is not OEM rather another Honda R/R)
Added a Fuse to the charging connector. Added a dedicated circuit to the constant hot for the fairing.
With the key on there is a voltage drop of 0.0002 between the battery positive and the fuse box feed.
