I would like to start by thanking everyone for their input, even if I was too dense to appreciate it right away, especially hikermike who gave me the right part number.

so far everything is working great, and my brakes are much smoother, no grabbing anymore, and im currently following the m/c bleeding thread, just in case.

Good job getting your brakes sorted out... they are kinda important.

Use a zip tie or rubber band to hold the brake lever in overnight - it really does make a difference. It will feel much firmer in the morning.

This is maybe a silly question, but best to get it cleared up.
CycleReCycle state: "All parts are O.E.M. specs and MADE IN JAPAN"

Does that mean Not Actually OEM, just OEM spec, and best avoided for calliper rebuilds?

Those are aftermarket parts, most likely K&L brand. Stay clear. OEM only for brake system parts and engine gaskets.
