Hey, I'm working on rebuilding my Suzuki GS550 (1978).
It died on me as I was riding it back from South Carolina. So I hauled it back in a UHAUL and I'm working on a rebuild.
I tore it down to the crank case, honed the cylinders, put new rings in it, cleaned up the valves, put new gaskets in it.
Long story short. I put everything back together and it won't start. I timed it correctly, the carbs are getting gas, the plug wires have current, the plugs have the right gap and are torqued correctly... The engine isn't seized up, when I try the starter it all turns over fine.
What could be wrong? Need pictures, I'll supply them...
