Well, here's a new one on me:
Disassembling my '85 GS700E carbs to clean, inspect, reassemble. On the #2 carb, I found what looks like the main jet with the 'head' gone.
It looks like it must've corroded away. The oddest thing is that the head is NOT in the bowl, nor is the washer that keeps the emulsion tube tight. Hmmm.....
The little piece itself is clean and nice (now) and threads right up in there. If it weren't for the 'holds-the-emulsion-tube' issue, maybe I could just super-glue the thing in place and be good.

Anyway, anybody got a single spare stock (122.5) main jet? Maybe one of you guys that have jetted up with pods/4-into-1?
Sigh.
