Hagon Shock Question

Although I won't be able to do much wrenching or riding for a few weeks, I received my new set of Hagon shocks. I told Dave Quinn that my current shocks were eye to eye yet he sent ones that are eye to clevis. Will they still work or is there a different mounting procedure?

I do have a phone call into him but since it's Sunday I won't hear anything back for a couple of days.

You need eye to eye - you can't make eye to fork fit without a lot of fabrication work. Send 'em back.

Dave called back first thing this morning and said for me to ship them back to him (he'll reimburse the shipping cost) and he'll refund me the entire money. He'll have to reorder the shocks and will recharge me at a later date.

Sounds good to me so we'll see what happens. Thanks all.

I bought mine from him. Good product from a good guy. Sorry you had a mix up though. Sometimes it happens even from the good guys.
