A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I will let mine go for $40,000

Maybe it is just the color scheme; maybe it's me, but this bike looks a lot like that bike.

Yeah it does, but you got the better engine by a long shot!!!! All that beautiful equipment surrounding a turd!

Oooooh, I think that's a serious matter of opinion. That's no Harley motor mind you, that looks like a billet S&S to me. If so that motor will beat the pants (and socks) off a 700E (or an 1100E for that matter). That plant should throw over 120 ponies to the rear wheel and probably as much rear wheel torque. Easily double the performance as the 700E.

What you need to compare is the cost to performance. Then the 'Zook wins by a margin so big it's not even funny.

Both bikes look great either way!!

That web site shows that motor as having 130 rwhp and 128 rwtq. Even if they are 10% optimistic (and most are) those numbers can tear pretty much any GS right in half. If it's geared right that must be a fun bike to ride!

Oh thats sooo pretty.. Think how cool a busa streetfighter for $15,000 of your $65000 wedge would be though. More ponies on demand as well..

That would leave you forty large for a ZX10R and a ZX6RR and perhaps half a dozen well sorted older bikes off evil bay as well..

Or if you were a little worried about your sexuality you could just do the busa, give your MX5 to your niece and spring for a shiny new in Colin Chapman green Lotus Elise..

Still, where do I go to get a poster.?

I have a gallery with some of the more important shots; stock form, bare frame, clip-on install, torched shift fork, et cetera:

I like the way it is turning out. Pretty minimal, clean. I attached the R/R and igniter under the seat rather than facing out to the side, removed the entire gauge pod and bobbed the second seat.

I regret painting the brake calipers; it was very labor intensive and the painter got the color wrong (more pink than red) and the calipers themselves aren't really worth accentuating.
