hi ,

just bought a gsx 750 (81)to practice on and use to pass my test, but im a tall person ... 6ft 3"

was wondering if there was any way to increase the seat height to make the bike easier for me to ride ?......:)

Havent been able to get My hands on a manual yet? So haven't tried to adjust any thing yet but noticed the seat sinks quite a bit .how do u go about adjusting the shocks ?

You short people and your "problems" really amuse me. :p

I am 6' 5" and ride an 850. I find that bending my knees works best. :D

Don't raise the bike up to you, lower yourself to the bike.

Ya just like that, Besides turning the shocks all the way up the only other 2 ways is replace the shock with a longer one or add padding to the seat. I'm 6'4" and I don't have a problem with the stock height of these bikes. It is not a bicycle and your legs don't have to be fully extended for optimum performance. :D:D

Get some additional foam added to the seat & have a harder foam installed such as Sargent super cell...

That's what I did here in order to stop my hips from cramping (poor old boy..! :D )

I think this is beat idea to increase the seat height. I have also added some foam to the seat on my bike it is very easy to install. This is really great tricks to increase the seat height.
