A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

They look great Agemax!
Will you be making more of these? If so, I will contact you soon. :)

I wonder if there is room to hang one from the old battery tray tab in the bottom of your pic... that's where I currently have my filter held. :)

Nice project Agemax.., look more presentable compare to mine using Zippo tin can. :D

Thats a sweet little item. I may be the biggest hack here. i piped mine out to the end of my yoshi exhaust can in 3/8 copper tubing, angled it into the exhaust stream , and thru venturi effect, a small vacuum (I measured around 1'' negative if i recall) is drawn on the crankcase.

i have an order for 1 of these now, thanks Normand. i am selling them for ?15GBP +shipping if anyone is interested

I'll probably take one if I can figure out the fitting... need to have a measure up. You can ship to Kent & I'll pick it up next time I'm over. :)

let me know when you decide where you want to mount it and i can make it to suit if thats any help :D

I think I used two Power Brake Booster Check Valves on my Yamaha XS650 Special. Any auto parts store has them cheap, but they aren't as good looking as this.

I'm 99% sure it will be from that tab or a bar spanning both tabs. With the battery in place I don't have a lot of other space for it.

Have you thought about adding two windows? One to shine the torch through & the other to see the level? (That's what I have to do with the coolant tank on my KLR to see the level in it, shine a torch from the side to see the level at the front so I assume this might be similar).

I have a feeling I'll need one in horizontal configuration with the bracket on the top & one inlet. Where does your second breather pipe come from? A fitting on the oil filler?

:)

would a vertical one fit anywhere better? as i have no battery where the stock one fits now i cannot see how much space you have.

Youppee!!! Your breather tank looks great Adrian! :dancing:
I'll certainly need to pay attention while installing it in order not to scratch it, etc.

Thanks a lot! Much appreciated sir! :D
