    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Thanks, its quite an accolade to think that my bike is an inspiration to others , the front end was from a 750WN which I think was 92/93 ish :)

Yeah went for a wander then came back and sat near it answering questions for half hour or so, one bloke wanted to buy it, I told him its not for sale , and he said well when it is let me know :D

Haha awesome! Good to see some interest in your work. If anyone asked me how much for mine, I couldn't answer either... it ain't for sale!

Awesome bike! Its now my desktop background for the next few weeks and motivation/inspiration to keep building up my bank account till I can afford some of those parts.

btw: what year gsxr did the front end come off of?

Thanks

Now that's the best compliment you can get I reckon, nice :D

That bike is the essence of what is cool. Awsome build sir that thing absolutely beautifull and its even better because you did it yourself. Kudos

Thanks, its bloody great fun to ride too, very "chuckable" with decent suspension and a relatively short wheelbase :D

Just about 730 miles on her so far which is pretty good considering the British summer this year and the fact that I have another bike on the road too, :D, its getting its own little fan club down at Poole Quay, loads of people have asked to take pics , one very lovely Italian girl had hers taken next to it ;) .
I like to stand a little away from it and hear what peoples opinions are , the most common are " OMG look where his number plate is " lol and , "He cant seriously ride it with just that padding on the seat " which is when I step forward and say "I do"
One lad was showing this cool bike he'd seen at the Quay to my son on his FB page not knowing that it was mine which was quite funny
All in all good fun bike and no probs so far , only downside is that with all the polished parts it dont come out in the rain , I'm not a "fair weather biker" just dont ride this one unless its dry which at the mo is very rare

I wondered where you were. Glad to have you back. I'll look over the thread when I have a bit more time.
