So, I think i mentioned before that the pastor that married us fixed suzukis to work his way through college in the late 70's in my wedding thread. i don't remember, but if i didn't, i have now. he geek right out when i told him what i ride, even more so than i did when i found out HE rode.
turns out he just got a new guzzi recently. he's lusted after them since college, and finally got one.
he's a real interesting guy, volunteer firefighter, pastor, and still the kind of guy that'll come to your house, have a beer, and shoot the ****. 'specially about bikes.
anyhow. he's taking a round trip on the guzzi to washington state, from michigan. around 3k one way. He's blogging about it, thought some of you may find it interesting.
