I see a Kawasaki mach3 in your future.....my former neighbor had one in seventies, fortunately he survived to tell me.
I remember the Bike magazine (UK) write up - they dubbed it the "Thanatoid Mach III".... very apt.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.
A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.
Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

...Kawasaki mach3...

One of the greatest days of my life was when I brought home a sister for Suzie. The next four years were a dream come true - two full sized, fully maintained beauties in my garage. Warms my heart just to think about it.![]()
You're not implying that a GS650GL is sporty, though-right?

Forgive me, guys, but I'm completely uninformed about GS650s (as well as 550s). I just noticed the "G" in 650GL. Is this a shafty?
So I browse through the BikeBound article. Plenty of pics. 13. Not a one shows the left side clear enough to discern the final drive. Shafts are...not sporty (or attractive).
Point being, timebomb, there's a time and place for everything. Time and place for Nos is college parties.![]()
BMW has made some very sporty shafties.
And one hell of a sportbike.
Yeah, though it holds no appeal to me.
Same, though very cool and fast, the power cant even be used on a normal road without a police chase being formed. I definitely can admire the craftsmanship.
More fun to go fast on a slow bike than go slow on a fast one!
I've had my days with insane bikes (by far the most insane of which was a fully built GPz 750 Turbo with over 200 hp at the rear wheel; that thing scared me more times than I like to count). Nowadays, I am having a blast slowly and steadily tweaking this Sportster. Just got a set of cams for it, so a little more fun is in store-but nothing remotely crazy.
