Hi Folks,
Question regarding pilot jets in the Mikuni BS32SS CV carbs in my 82 GS850GLZ..
I rebuilt the carbs last winter. The rebuild kit included Bleed type pilot jets.
The pilot stock jets in the carbs were Non Bleed type.
I used the Bleed types that were supplied and the bike runs fine.
However, I have always been curious as to what the functional difference is between the two types and was it the right decision to use the Bleed jets supplied with the rebuild kits? Are there any performance considerations using one vs the other?
Anyone know???
Thanks!
Mark
