    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I'm in the camp that says "I'd really like to see your bike!"
I would also like to see a catagory in the technical forum section for "other brands" or perhaps "Non -GS bikes". There's a lot of motorcycle knowledge here and, with a few exceptions, a generally adult attitude.

I have 5 bike and only one is a GS within the years for this forum.

So, if you want to show your poor taste in bikes by posting your Kawi, I say 'go for it!' :p:D

I really like this non-GS category. I've asked car questions here because of the depth and breadth of knowledge, but I didn't want to post it in OT because I know a lot of the sharpest mechanics don't go there.

O.K. Thanks, guys. I am going to the Brown County rally this weekend and currently all my time is devoted to that. I'll get some shots there, also. I'll post when I get back. (Yes, its first GSR rally!)
Again, thanks to all.

Wait! What? You're bringing a non-GS motorcycle to a GS rally...??

Oh the humanity....:-s

Me, too! :p

But I'm also bringing a BUNCH of GSes to balance it out. :D

.

Along with one of mine! So I should get credit for that even though I'll be on a Kwacker too right? Or is that not how it works?

For serious, post it up. The ZRXOA is a one MoDEL site, not even a one make site, and they have a ton of different offshoot areas regarding different makes, vintage etc etc. They don't give a rats... Actually they don't give a rats about much really. So long as you're not a total tool bag.

Here's Wes on "my" bike during the '84 season (he spent one year, 1983, with Kawasaki):

And here's the 1983 champion, Wayne Rainey, on "your" bike:

So let's see it George.
Yeah George let's see it. And to the both of you, Waynes bike, yes this one, is sitting in the AMA museum in Columbus. If you'd like to go...

As a former GPz owner, I'm very very interested in seeing it. I love the ol' "GYPZY's".

And really, they're not that different from our beloved GS's, right? Didn't Suzuki basically copy the KZ engines when they built GS's?

Wow! You guys are so easy to get fired up. Take a deep breath, everything will be allright! Glad to see everyone is having fun!:D

You fellas are making this too easy!:lol::lol: To get back to the point of this thread, Koolaid Kid should do as he pleases. After all, this site belongs to ALL of it's members, regardless of opinions.

I think he should post it.

And FWIW - Ghostrider didn't have a GS either.

where the bloody hell are the pics! Are you toying with us?
The honest answer is that they are on my Gamer PC which decided to puke its power supply. I have another on order (upgraded to 800W, hope it lasts longer) but has not yet arrived from NewEgg yet.

I am anxiously awaiting this. I love those bikes. Rough one for sale here abouts for 750. I dunno why guys like to do the dollar per cc pricing but there it is.
