Here is a chart that shows the difference in mph for different sprocket tooth configurations. As you can see there is only about 1.5mph increase per tooth on the rear.
This chart was done from a ratio calculator including primary gear ratio, final drive and each gear 1-5 ratios and based on a stock 130/90/17 tire with a circumference of 2083mm or 82.3"
I have a complete chart of rpm's and speeds for stock and with 180/55/17 tire with 17/47 sprockets. I can also do any combination of teeth you wish if you need the info.
Going to a 44t sprocket on a stock bike will drop top end by 6.64mph and a 40t will increase your top end by 7.29mph
Installing a 16t front will increase your top end by 9.75mph
