Thanks Nessism I'll do that.
Is it just the 8 valve 1000 1100 that have a 20mm pin? maybe that's what I've been finding.
Only the 1150 has the 20mm pin.

I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.
Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

http://www.cometic.com/custom.aspx Right there.Where are you going to get a head gasket for the wiseco pistons?
So are mine, this is a GSX400 that I'm working on. Unless your talking about something I don't know about yet. In that case I'm listening.Wiseco 750 overbore pistons are flattop.
Now now, I would actually. But I enjoy this. And I have an 80 850g in the works. That's when the real fun will begin.Do yourself a favour a just buy a 750 or bigger
You said something about combustion chamber shape and whether the bigger pistons would fit. If they are flattop there is no problem, except that the cr will be higher than 10.5-1 because of the bigger volume being compressed. Valve pockets should be checked as well.http://www.cometic.com/custom.aspx Right there.

Great, you had me worried for a secondIf they are flattop there is no problem
In my piston search I've found that my deck height is 26mm and the JE/Wiseco will be 27.5mm. which will increase compression even more.If you put bigger valves in the (GSX)400 head be careful, they're known to crack between the exhaust seat inserts and the plug hole.
Don?t worry about the valve spacing. It?s the same. Can someone please give me the lateral distance between valve stems on a gsx1100 head.
I'd like to compare that to my 400's spacing.
thanks,

Its funny how little cooling surface the 650 has compared to the 400:-k
Is that why you're not using the GR barrel? I thought these guys were a direct swap.
