Could this account for some problems?
The top of the upper throttle plate should just touch the foremost bypass port, unless you have a manual that says otherwise.
Also, you have a specific bench synch order to follow, but I'm not sure what your specific model requires. Many CV carbs are to be synched #2 first, then #1, then #4.
Correct throttle cable play is about .03", unless your manual says otherwise.
