    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

any of the distribution blocks left? I do not care if anodized or not, just want one like I wrote in April!

Well, based on Ray's input, and Posplayr's, looks like I've just taken the plunge and picked up a kit myself. Gotta do everything I can to help keep everything nice and lubed up, what with our brutal summers here in Phoenix. I'll post pics myself, once I get my kit and everything's bolted in. These things sure beat the pants off the blue and red anodized kits, as far as aesthetics go, IMO. I'm assuming install is pretty straight-forward? No need for internal oil passage mods, at least on a stock motor? No oil cooler, yet.
 
Turtle, it's an EASY install & comes with everything you need except the 2 bolts & oring that mount the distribution block to the engine & you use the stock parts there. Call me at 714-356-7845 if you have any questions during your install. Ray.

They were originally produced for drag racers that like the color & flash. I have both & like the stealth of the black MUCH better! Ray.
 
Just a reminder to folks that expressed an interest in UN-anodized parts. I need to know for sure if you want a kit. I've had a couple people inquire, but then I never heard back from them.
So speak up by Monday, May 24th 2010 no later than 12:00 noon, PACIFIC STANDARD TIME.
Otherwise, off to anodize it all goes.

Quick pic of Greg's Distribution block that I'm using with a Schnitz top end oiler.

In order to use the "T" I drilled.taped a 1/8" NPT hole into the block at the intersection of the two main passage ways. I'm just far enough back that I can still get a hex driver (shown in the pic) into the 6mm socket bolts I use to hold down the cover. The positioning of the lines is great this way.

You can also see a fitting coming just below the right hand side of the oiler line. That is a 48" SS 1/8" NPT coming from my handlebar mounted pressure guage. If you look close you can also see the stock oil temp and oil pressure switch.

As it turns out this is really the only location where you can put the T to supply both oiler lines. They don't fit behind due to the rise in the clutch housing. The way this is now I can completely assemble the block off the bike (where you have room) with all lines and fittings and then feed it in under the carbs and bolt in in.

If you tap yours be careful to be far enough back otherwise you will not have access to the front bolt.

I still have one free port at the back which I'm saving for a secret project.

Great work Greg, I was showing the peice to a guy at work that does some machine work and he was impressed with the nice work. So much so he was still talking about it this morning again.

Glad you were able to graft the block into an already existing setup. I also realized there was no way to fit a "T" in the back port, AFTER I wrote about it.

I still have two kits ready to ship.
Another batch on the way.
Black anodize only. No more bare aluminum kits.

Top end oiler arrived today. Looks pretty good to me. The alloy bits will polish up well. Thanks for that. Have four 1150's (called EFEs here in Aus) and one 1100 (GSX in Aus) will have to work out which one to put it on now.

I asked Greg B about them and he said that he will start up making them again soon. So I am waiting for him to post that he has some ready.:)
 
everybody should get 1 at least i have two already and they are awesome
 
I have 2 of the drag race type oilers with the small cover plate. These you won't be able to use the sending units with. They cover just the area the stock cover does, just bigger than the oring itself. Let me know if anyone wants one. Ray
