Hi had a small oil leak on the base gasket it was bugging me so off came the head and barrels, the bike has 40,000 miles on the clock so I thought whilst ime here fit new rings, lap the valves, new valve seals, Oem head gasket (MLS), base gasket, new rubber parts etc. Skimmed head and cylinder face, honed bores
Anyway I have just done a 50 mile test run everything seems ok so I thought whilst it's warm do a compession test I got 150 psi on all four cylinders was wondering how that these compare to anyone who has done something similar with a 40,000 bike?
