If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

what is going on at the tracks???

Here's my refill station.

Only got 7 lb in the big bottle and was able to fill the 1lb bottle with it. It's below 70 degrees and the pressure was around 750, then ran some warm water over the 1lb bottle and the pressure jump up to 1000. This should work at the track.

Tomorrow I'm going to test fire the sys with 16 nos jets and see how the bottle will last and see if foggers really do fog. At the track I plan on spraying in 3 and 4 gear only and that should equal about 2 seconds total.

Can you say bottle fed

Forget that little tank and mount big blue to the bike. I thought you guys in Texas did everything big!!!

I use the same kind of setup. I have a little 10 pound bottle that I fill the small one with. Is that the tank from your car?

I got a Compucar bottle which is shorter but fatter in the Falcon. The blue tank was a spare I bought years ago for 50bucks, it was full of nitrous so it was a good deal.

Just need to get or make a bottle heater next.

It's nice to live in a state that could become it's own country if those's Austin boys' could all agree on something.

Not to bad of a night at the track.

Couldn't play around with the needles due to I enter the Quick 16 and made it to the finals. Me 6.00 and a rail dragster 5.00, I blow the Rt and had a mis-shift too so the win goes to him. He get's the $300 and I take $100 :D

Ran a 6.10, 6.06, 6.05 and a 6.02. Even had a 1.34 60ft and a 3.84 330. This thing wants to run, can't imagine what the Et would be with a ported head and big valve's 8)

Night's like these make it Fun

GOOD JOB and so close to the 5's!!! Taking out those long nose cars is a hard job.

When are you turning pro??? Should we ask for your autograph now, while its easy to get??

Ryan's friend helped me out with the valve cover so I went ahead and ordered the parts to put it all on. This is the biggest valves I plan to run on my old bike. I really got the head for the strength alone after talking with Turbo Bob. I was planning to up the pressures into the 30's but was warned about the weak 1100 heads cracking.

Turning Pro??? I think you and Ryan have the machines for that :D

I'm thinking next time out to increase my launch RPM, I've been at 6K for awhile. Going to try 7, 8 maybe 9K next time and see if I can do better than a 1.34 ft.

So close but so far too.

Another person doing low speed launches? Ryan made it sound like I was the only one.

I started really trying to run the busa when the regular racing season ended and I put my GS up for the year. My goal was to try and get a 9 second pass out of it. My 60' is the limiting factor. I've been getting closer and closer each time out.

So close.
Went out Saturday. Made a couple passes in the 10 teens. 10.16 @ 142 10.14 @ 142 and a 10.12 @ 143. Best pass prior was a 10.18 @140. They had a gamblers race so I got in it. Dialed a 10.12. Had my best 60' ever at a 1.78. Was way ahead at the big end so I let off the gas and sat up. Ran 10.09 @136. Doing the math I was probbly going to run 10.07 or so. They had a couple oil downs and I had to leave to look after my son. So I didn't make any more passes. I think I'm done for the year. It is november in NE Ohio. I'm right on the verge of getting my 60's where it needs to be and just ran out of time. Ok I'm done bitching. :(

I know how you feel :?

I'm trying to find 0.020 of an second to meet my goal. Only got one more weekend to find it :-k ](*,) maybe 2.2 coils will do it :?:

Sounds your both very close and Jake could still pull it off. Just eat rice, toast, apples and water for the week and you should be all set.

The BIG question now is when are you going to start selling your DVDs? I figure with your videos and a few beers I may make it past winter.

I think a 10.09 is awsome! the busa makes incredble power!
Iam hoping when I get to the track in april that I can launch this bike (ZZR 1200) and have the same 60 ft times I usually get. Going once or twice a year makes it tough though. my last three trips to the track on two different bikes produced Identicle 60 ft times. 1.72 to 1.76 were the good ones . The ZZR wont run over 140 in the 1/4, so I am thinking 10.30's will be about were I end up when all is said and done. Ill be happy with that

With just a few mods you'll be hauling the mail and break that mph.
