    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

on my 82 gs550m kat? I kinda wanna light up the engine but idk where i could put them where they wont get too hot.

Get a dark smoke visor for your helmet and mount them on your forehead. no need for a head light.

The best place to set those is on fire. I suppose you could put them on your bike, unless you're going for a tasteful look.

On your neighbor's Harley.

(Yeah, we could go on like this alllllllllll day... )

Gosh you would think these old bastards dont go in for lighting effects..........

you could put them up high under the tank
but watch for any damage

also maybe near the airbox side of the carbs.

but this is madness they are horrid things and will make you look like a tool
perhaps a small screaming chicken decal for the tank as well?

How dare you cheese up one of these gorgeouse factory sex machines. Have you no respect for 1980's styling?!?!? These are gs's not xs650's or CB's.

(yes sarcastic)

I know exactly where they could be STUCK....:D

Sorry, had to jump on the Sarcasm Bandwagon....

You could use some #M style double sided tape to mount them under the tank on the sides. But mount them toward the back side to avoid as much of the head heat as you can. Im not a neon on a vehicle kinda guy so youll have to play around first to see.

Dang, I was going to go with some red and blue lights that would flash alternately, but forget that now. Gaaaah, had my hopes up too it would be the envy. :D

Zach, don't mind us, it's your bike. I have seen it done on Harleys before.

Might attract bugs, which is not the most desireable thing, but you know.

HEY, easy on the CBs now. They belong on a Yamaha disco Midnight Special.

Neon lights, really. Whats next, fringe? a little bell?
