All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Per the recommendation of the boards I bought a progressive rear suspension setup for my GS750. Much better than what I had and the order was to me within a week and a half.

The site has a great deal of other parts as well I was very satisfied with the service they gave me. You won't be disappointed.

I have heard and from dealing with them, have nothing but the highest praise for Z1 Enterprises\\:D/ \\:D/ \\:D/

excellent to deal with. Will take the time to answer questions. Fast shipping.

I ordered parts late Monday night, and they were here Thursday. Unfortunately, due to beer related stupidity I must have taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque, because I ordered the wrong size parts.

I ordered the correct ones today, and I will try to return or exchange the other parts next week. We'll see how that goes and I will post the results. Hopefully I will just have to eat the shipping.

I sent Z1 an e-mail inquiring about some plug wires and resistor caps. Never got a response from them. I ended up finding the caps and the wires for less money at Parker Yamaha in AZ. I had heard lots of good things about Z1 but if they won't respond to an inquiry what can you do. I recently ordered from cycle-re-cycle and their service seems pretty decent. Their shipping is especially reasonable.

The thing that you have to remember about emailing is that it is only about halfway useful. With spam filters and such it is nearly impossible to guarantee an email will actually make it to someone. Not saying that is what happened to your email, but something to keep in mind when email responses don't come back as expected

I have bought several items from Z1 in the past couple of months & each buying experience was great - very knowledgeable people, very good prices, with fairly priced, fast shipping.

Great site !

Please do not assume we did not reply... email is particularly frustrating these days - and it should not be relied on it as an effective communication tool. All too often we respond to emails only to have the emails get gobbled up in ISP and customer anti-Spam filters. We also get far too many emails bounce back from bad email addresses, full mail boxes and the like.

Please pickup the phone and call us - we have real people to answer the phones and help people.

Jeff is very helpful and you will not be dissapointed his prices are fair I have purchased several items from him for my KZ nothing yet for GS but would not give it a second thought . Rob

I also had a great experience w/Z1 -- I ordered some shims (via Priority Mail) on Monday afternoon and received them on Wednesday!

I was hoping for Saturday, but I got them in and was able to go on a really nice ride that weekend.

Outstanding!

Zach

YES! They do and will \\:D/! Highly recommended. I call.

Another happy customer here. The bast part is there close to me so that even things shipped by ground get here real fast.\\:D/

i did a test order if you could call it that of the feeler gauges and tappet tools for valve adjustments, was a lil worried when i didn't get an email confirmation, and like a fool did not write down the order number when i ordered. the items arrived within a week, which i think is great seeing as i'm in cali and they ship out of N.Y. also i hadn't read thru all the post hear so i didn't think of calling. i can say i would order again from Z1. i am very happy with them. thanks

Thanks for all the comments.

Just some comments about emails. Some ISP's implement anti-spam filters that are of questionable ability or set too aggressively. Check with your ISP and often there are 'white listings' exception lists where you can enter domain information to always receive emails from a specific email address or domain regardless of whether the anti-spam software suspects it is bad or not. Similarly, many PC anti-spam software packages also have an exception list.

UPS tracking notifications from the UPS QuantumView system get generated by any business shipping UPS using the UPS Worldship software (which is most small to large businesses use). It's well worth setting QuantumViewNotify@ups.com in the White listing, and of course z1enterprises.com

I've found comcast and bigpond to be two ISP's with over aggressive anti-spam measures.

If you ever struggle to get emails from a business or a specific domain, check these sites - http://www.senderbase.org/ http://www.spamcop.net/ they are some of the anti-spam 'gatekeepers'. Unfortunately senderbase (and some of the others) often report sites as a spamming sites when they are not. And they implement a 'guilty until you can prove you are innocent' approach to their lists.

Mr. Chairman,

I move that Z1 is cool! Do I hear a second?

BTW, Mr. jeff.saunders, would you like to advertise on my little BikeCliff website? Not that you need it, but I'd like to add a little class to my site. :D

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff
