    Ebayer Beware 'brycerocketcycles'

Recently purchased a Tokico Caliper from this Ebay seller. Listed description as, 'Works great, light wear marks from normal use.'

Received it yesterday, seller didn't ship it until a week after I had paid for it, condition isn't anywhere near what that brief description led on. The pistons were practically cemented into orange goop that I assume used to be brake fluid.

While it is definitely useable after a thorough cleaning the overall transaction with this 'company' has left a sour taste in my mouth, buyer beware.

You shouldn't be surprised at all. Anything used you buy you may as well just know its gonna need rebuilt or gone thru anyway so that's that.

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

I expected to rebuild it, in fact the rebuild kit came days before the caliper. I did not expect to have severe pitting abound, especially when described with 'light wear marks'.
