Cheers Wally... and maybe... been asked lots of times
eBay UK is where I got it from, and they're sold as a pair for Mini headlights.
I have a spare one but the way the chrome's going on this one the spare will be going on in the next few months...1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie

Steel Toed Tank
I wrenched on this yesterday.
It a heat exchange system for the glycerin after it's removed from the canola oil.
I'll be back on it today too. I'll have more overtime hours than regular hours on my next check!

Adjusted my chain yesterday, then cleaned with kero.
Washed her, then a brief polish and wax and lube the chain as that's all I had time for.1982 GS450E - The Wee Beastie

Installed new plug leads on my Uly.
Took about 3 weeks to get them from the States (problem with riding a bike that is different or less popular over here...)
Then the mission to get them fitted...
First, the old rear lead:
After removing the air box cover, inner air box, filter base plate and left hand engine air scoop:
The space to get to the rear spark plug:
But, it is in and she fires on both cylinders!
Also stared reassembly of the 450's carbs.
Hope to get that installed next weekend and also get to leaking front master cylinder.

Finally got the last few jobs done to get my XV750 back on the road with a single carb set up. I`ve made a manifold to take an old SU carb from a Morris Minor. Not the best looking set up, but heck of a lot simpler and easier to work on than the standard carbs !. My stepson rode it to the MOT testing station on his insurance, I followed on the Bandit. Bit nervous as it was the bikes first proper run since fitting the carb, but she ran perfectly. Passed the MOT ok, just got to sort out insurance and tax now, so hopefully get to ride it while we still have hot sunny weather !!.
