I think I can see a chain on there too...maybe. Oh and not all 81's were shafties. :P

Not sure where Larry saw a chain, I see what appears to be a shaft leading from the engine to the car differential.

Only $4500 for an unfinished molested GS550.
He spent a couple hundred on a headlight and wants
3000 back in compensation from what I can tell.
Yeah, I'd consider trading it for a GSXR, R6, or a Triumph too!Last edited by Guest; 05-22-2012, 02:59 PM.

Maybe I just dont 'get it' but why would you put all that work into customizing a bike for yourself and then turn around and sell it?

Wow, where's an accidental electrical-fire when you need one!?
And it looks like he put Two extra zeros in the price.

He's in Milwaukee, Oregon.
It's a small town just south of Portland.
That thing is an abomination. The engine paint is worn, the brake reservoir isn't painted, it looks like it was rattle canned with all the parts on the bike, the seat is a piece of vinyl wrapped around what might be a dead animal, the front lower cowl looks like a cut piece from another bike and it's actually touching on the exhaust, and I'd forgive him for doing this and riding it if he loved it but he's asking for 4500 bucks!
It should be noted that the town of Milwaukee, OR has a serious meth problem.

That is just plain nasty. I might give him $100 for it for parts.Komorebi-The light filtering through the trees.

looking for motorcycle mechanic that has worked on a 1974? goldwing 1100gl. It is my father in-laws bike, he brought it to me last year to rebuild carbs and some other stuff... I am looking for a mechanic (or just someone that knows what they are doing) that will come to me. the carbs have been rebuilt, they just need installed along with the fairings and a bunch of other ****. will need metric tools.. this is a mess as i did not mark anything. I can put it back together but i am just too damn lazy. I will not pay some bs $75 an hour. but i will pay $20 an hour, $100 min $200 max...I am not getting a penny for this, i just want it out. I am sure this is going to a good 4-8 ish hour job. this is the worst bike i have ever worked on. I would prefer someone that can do this during the week days after 4 ish. I am buy bestbuy in menomonee falls. Thanks Avery- Location: menomonee falls

He threw parts all over and expects someone else to figure out what he did and
repair it in less time than it took him to destroy it.
That will happen.
