    GSX 1100 From Italy

    Hello guys
I just bought my first Suzuk a day before the country went into lockdown , its a Gsx 1100 I believe 1981 model , first registered in Italy feb 1982... I fixed a few electrical gremlins thanks to this Forum so I m really happy to join. The bike is in great condition I made only and will make only a few reversible mods ... for the moment I installed a 4 in 1 exhaust ... i think it looks great... and sound is amazing

before.... I m not sure the seat is original .. any info ?

      Hey Oliver, welcome.
Nice looking cycle. The seat isn’t original, but might be a custom cover on a stock pan.

        Thanks

yes it looks like that a refurbished cover .. a stripe was added to mimic the chrome molding I believe ...

I also found a used Giuliari seat which should be ready soon so I hope to post a pic with a new seat

          Great looking bike, Oliver.
The exhaust looks very similar to a Wolf system from Canada. Very popular in the '80s

            Welcome Oliver!

Very nice GS, and the exhaust looks cool.

Italy is a big country...I drove from near Venice (Aviano) to Sigonella NAS (near Catania) to ship my wife’s car back to the states in 2011.

            Where abouts are you from?
