    My First Fatality

I was riding along, on a Honda 150 twin (I believe a Benly) and Farmer Brown had his chickens on the road. I saw a "poof" of feathers and there was one less chicken.

Reminds me of a scene from the old cartoon movie "Fritz the Cat"

Hang in there..sorry about the chicken

You will need a set of these to keep track.
It also helps warn the wildlife :-D

          Cute one, Atilla.

Of course, the printer has high expectations of us bike riders as well.. with decals for moose, elk, bear, deer, and even pedestrians.

As he should, Of the people I ride with, Nick is a 'Deer Slayer', Jay has surviced a bike encounter with a baby bear. There aren't any elk in this area, but Dan Bard and his lovely wife Gail have ridden out west and probably encountered an elk.

See. . .Aim, high and achieve!! :-D

Got me doe about 3 years ago on my virago. It survived though. I need some of those stickers for all the birds that have died from my helmet. I don't think there is enough room for misquito stickers. Near miss with a possum the other night.

I need to stop riding after midnight. Deer and possum everywhere.

I hit a possum once, very scary, vey gross.
As I was catching my breath and looking in my mirros I saw her tumbling with little babies flying out of her pouch.
                            Those things are nasty.

A bird flew into my leg while I was doing 65 MPH one morning going to work, during an summer internship for S&S Cycle. It hit my inner thigh, bounced down and whacked the engine. I had feathers in my cooling fins...

My leg really hurt too! 8O
