My threads display in reverse chronological order. Can I reverse it?

I am accustomed to seeing forum threads in forward chronological order. This reverse order is hard to get used to. I have not found a display option that allows me to change this. Is there?

Yes. The option is available. I just can't remember how to do it...

While you are there, change the number of posts displayed to 40 per page.

Saves a LOT of page-flipping on longer threads.

Thanks man, the wrong order has been driving me insane. What kind of sadist would want to read the end before the beginning?

I used to have it setup to see the latest post first, but that was when I was much more active on the forum.

What makes sense to me, would be a script that displays a thread in chronological order the first time I open it, then automatically takes me to the first unread post the next time, and so forth.

The blue ball at the left side of the thread listing does exactly that. It's handy when you have a 'right-click, open new tab' extension fitted.
