can a 750L seat fit an 1100L?
I have recently come across a motorcycle for sale that might progress the restoration I'm doing and was wondering the compatibility between seats and exhaust Thank you.Tags: None

You need to specify years when asking what will fit what, but the early 750 and 850 are both 8 valve engines, but they use different frames as the 850 was shaft. The 750L were all chain drive bikes. I think only the '80 1100L is chain and the rest were shaft. If you have that 1100L the seat may fit, I'm not positive on that, but it's possible Suzuki used the same frame. If you have a later bike the seats will not fit, but it may be modified to work. The 750 pipes will also be too small of a diameter and I believe the bolt spacing may also be too narrow.Last edited by gsrick; 02-16-2018, 11:47 PM.:cool:GSRick
