    Strangely worn/scratched clutch drive plate?

OK, in another post someone mentioned that the wear on these plates seemed odd. I've looked at them a little more closely and I have to agree.
Some disks are worn, but only on one side. Others aren't really worn at all. The ones that are worn do not have wear on all of the teeth.
I can't figure out what would have caused such a wear pattern. Is it possible the PO filled the engine with gravel instead of oil?

I also noticed this on the primary. I think this would be normal wear?

No one can say if that is normal wear?

The basket wear is normal, and no big deal unless it's deep enough to snag the plates.

Wear on the tab indicates something was rubbing on it, maybe the last plate in the basket, or first? Needless to say you should pay attention to anything in the bottom of the basket that could have caused that.

I wonder if that could have been a PO trying to recondition the fibers with some harsh sandpaper.
