    New rear flushmounts and pics

I got a pretty good deal on some flushmount rear sigs, so I threw them on and threw the stockers in the parts bin.

Here's a fresh pic of the bike. Dirty, but ridden lots.

    The new sigs.

    'nother shot

And just to show what it looked like before, for the newbs...

    What do you think??

Edit: Note the differences in the seat.

Looks good 8). I am not a fan of the stock turn signals. Are you going to do something to the fronts?

Yeah, I'm gonna put little thingies up front. The ones on there twist up and down with the revs.

I think it definitley looks cleaner than the stockers.
What's the visibilty like when in use?

OK! I'll relax. I just thought they were pretty neat.

They're great. You can see the lights from the side as well as from the back. Very bright in the dark too.

I like it. Did the same thing to my 81 1100e last summer. People have told me that you cant see them real well during the day though. So watch your back.

Looking good! Much cleaner than stock. The stock ones look goofy IMO.

                  Are they "running" lights also?
                  Or just blinkers?

yes they look better than the big honkin stock lights.

And as to the seat, wise decision..........

                    Thanks.
                    Just blinkers.

The seat needs a bit more work, but I like the shape better now.

The whole thing looks much better. Dead sexy, in fact.

Careful, though. Looks like you're losing your rear piece.

Yeah, that really helps bring the bike out of its late 20's in age. I've been toying with the same idea and may have to do it over the winter now that I've seen how sweet it looks.

Thanks, The cowl is on good. It's the aftermarket seat. Little space there.

Took me ten minutes. I got the lights from my local Suzi store. I was picking up a part and saw the lights behind the counter. I said I liked the flushmounts. She saidd she'd give me a deal. I got 25% off of the tag of $23 something. So about $17. Nothing that woulda broke the bank, but a nice little upgrade.

Flows nicely with the white stripe. Nice upgrade.
