It is blue stock color. Paint is not too bad. I'm debating on putting a custom metal flake on it but still not sure if I should leave her stock. Just looking to hear oppions . Thoanks

I have a 81 have a gs 1100.

I haven't done it, but on my nephews bike they covered the base coat with wrinkled saran wrap while it was drying. it gave a nice effect to the paint after it was cleared.
you might want to look into the process.

There is a spraycan product at AutoZone called "Clear Effects" or something like that. They make a clearcoat with big metal flakes in it. I've used it over black before and it came out very cool. I'd test it out on something other than the tank first though.Current Bikes:
