                        In this order for each carb:

                        simple green, bottle brush, berrymans, carb cleaner, rinse, air, carb cleaner, rinse, air, polish the small bits, masked it off, duplicolor engine enamel primer, duplicolor "aluminum" engine enamel.

                        Simple.
