Not my cup of tea, I swing the other way with rearsets. Can you get some rubbers over them? Do you find sitting that way ergonomic? If you like them then what more could you want (apart from some rearsets...)?

I could coat them, but for now I'm sticking with the grip tape. I find it very comfortable. Especially for my back.

Having used pegs for several years, I have found that a slightly swept-back angle will help keep your feet from sliding off the ends.
Looking good.

How are they mounted? It would apear that you drilled holes into your frame? I would think that would GREATLY reduce the integrity? I have been contemplating a set on my GL, but don't want to drill. Weld?'83 GS 1100T

Never mind. I see on my gl that there are threaded tubes already welded to the frame. My T doesn't have that. Might have to make a set now.'83 GS 1100T

Dipped in rubber battery box paint would be cool and give them some anti slip propertiesMY BIKES..1977 GS 750 B, 1978 GS 1000 C (X2)

I would rather trust my bike to a "QUACK" that KNOWS how to fix it rather than a book worm that THINKS HE KNOWS how to fix it.

Hmmm, better yet, brush some epoxy on them, and roll them in some black silica sand. Very anti slip, and look good too?
should be really durable and not wear off too quickly.'83 GS 1100T
