Hijacking a zombie thread in keeping the similar topics contained. That being said...
I'd like to know if anyone has tips or tricks on getting the rubbers off without ruining them? I tried a little heat from a heat gun after a Pine-Sol soak for a few days. Then I tried working a thin screwdriver through the openings at the rear, but they're not budging. Is there an adheasive to disolve or are they just a super-snug fit?
Open to all ideas. Thanks in advance.'78 GS750E (currently undergoing TLC).
