The bike is a 77. no telling what the jets came out off. I know they are Mikuni because of the stamp. I opened up the carbs and half of the the o-rings were missing so they could have been changed, but bike is all stock. That problem has been solved thanks to cycleorings.com.

So did they put all different sizes of jets in from the factory? or did you put those 110's in?

I'm not trying to seem stupid, but everywhere i look it seems like there are dIfferent jets in these bikes. Some 100,105, i have 107.5 and you have 110. Then i have seen some 15 pilots and we both have 17.5 pilots. My head hurts...

Stock mains are either 100 or 102.5 depending on the year, pilots are 15.
If you run bigger jets for no reason it will run like crap.

According to the charts and whats in mine i would say mine are incorrectly jetted as well

My '77 GS750B originally had the 102.5 main and 15 pilot jets I know because when I bought the bike they were in a bag in the tray under the seat lol

I also think it depended on location (country?) because there are other things to consider such as emissions requirements, laws, altitude etc.

Highway..heres where i wound up with my same problems. I got the 100 mains jets and the 15 pilot jets today. Man what a difference. Look at the thread Carb mechanic wanted that i started. I was 100 % sure imwould never be able to get them done myself. The final steup as i have them right now are there..Be advised your bike is its own animal but i think the final settings will be of value to you..Hope it ends well for you too. Beusre to run a wir thru all the little holes in the emullsion tube s too.mine had a bit or crud in them.
