What Chuck says is exactly the way I do mine. Im no expert but with practice on enough sets & advise from the forum on jetting, they run pretty damn good. I had to make 1 good set out of 4 sets because of some previous wrenches screwing them up breaking idle screws & pilot jets off on my 80 GS1100E and another set for my 1100 Katana which just required rejetting & new pilot jet plugs {a P.O. used tips of rubber gloves for pilot jet plugs}. The Cycle O-rings are the best money you can spendComment

On occasion I've rebuilt carbs for people here who have been lost trying to get their bikes running right. Even sent them back at my cost. There's not much to screw up on them if you follow the guide on the homepage.Comment
