    R/R wires.

The wire that goes to the light switch from the stater. How do I eliminate this ? Do I just leave it disconnected and shrink wrap the ends. Or does this
need to be connected to something?

    TIA

tape it back, but you can use it for something else (like controlling the coil relay mod)

After you move the stator wire so it is directly connected to the R/R, there is no need to do anything with the wire that goes up to the main harness. Some have re-allocated that wire for the coil relay mod, others have used it to power other accessories, but there is no immediate need to connect it to anything or to insulate its ends.
