Hi beam indicator not working
Hello all,
So i recently replaced my headlight bulb and put a new tach unit on my '82 gs 850GL. The hi beam indicator worked before the change, but now it doesn't. I probably broke a connection along the, but cannot find it for the life of me. What could cause the following situation:Hi beam indicator lamp does not illuminate, but all other signals are functional. Light works fine, both high and low. I know that the indicator bulb is good, tested.any suggestions?

The bullet connector could have pulled out, they do that. I would test the wire itself to see if you are getting ~12v. If not, you'll have to work backwards through the harness.
Since we have no clue as to what bike it is, is the bulb located in the tach assembly itself?

Edited my post to show bike year, '82 GS850GL. I will start working backwards with a meter. Bulb fits into tach, but pulls out as part of three bulb part for oil indicator, beam indicator, and tach lighting.
