    78 gs 750 rotor pictures

    im having a charging issue and would like to compare my rotor to others with a 78 gs750 8v motor with a 12 pole stator. pictures would be great! my replacment rotor has 3 magnets

      that seems to have 4 magnets. im going to look up 550s in diffrent years and see if the diagrams differ

        Don't rely on the diagrams. Rely on the part numbers.

          That parts diagram shows a 12 pole stator which has 4 pairs of N/S magnets cast in rotor (the 18 pole stator would have 6 pairs of N/S magnets).
          Can't see the rotor poles ??? using a small magnet, you can determine how many N and S poles your rotor has.

              i checked part numbers and determind i have the wrong rotor. im going to order the proper one and lyk how its goes
