Which 6 results ? I believe doing the first test you get 9 different readings ?

If you did it correct I have never seen anything like that. You would basically need a fried r/r and a fried stator to do that . Especially 5.2 volts at the battery at 5k rpm. Why are you not blowing a fuse?

The first test step 1 and 2 says you pull the battery down 0.5v with 10 amp draw. Then at 5k you are pulling the nattery down to 5v??? You would have to be flowing a whole long of current 50+ amps to do that. Where is it going to and why is the fuse not blowing?

Test #1 pos and neg leads just on battery pos and neg ..
Test #2 I turned key on with lights on and counted to 10 then took my reading
Test #3 started bike up left lights on and let the bike idle it was idling at 1200 rpm
Test #4 took reading while holding throttle so revs were at 2500 rpm
Test #5 took reading while holding throttle so rpms were at 5000 rpm
Test #6 turned bike off and took reading

I was riding this bike fri and saturday . Fri about 20km to girlfriends then the long way home approx 30 km .saturday morning rode the bike for another 30 km and parked the bike for 15 min . And when I returned and teied to start the bike . I had no power . Well a little power , but not enough to crank the engine over ...
Tried bumb starting the bike and wasnt successful .. pushed bike to buddys place about 10 min walk . Then charged the battery and drove it home ..
When I was riding the bike . It ran pretty good !

I didnt do the test again due to the time here .. neibers !!
I was just letting you know exactly what I was doing when I did the each test ...
Will do the test over again tomorrow after work and in the mean time check my local salvage shop here to see if they have a stator and a R/R to replace both my rectifier and regulator with a single unit ... start crunching some $ numbers . I purchased this bike cuzz my gs 650 is making some rare knocks and bangs and has 86 000 km on it ... meanwhile I dropped about $1200 into the bike pryor to the knocking .
Picked this gs 1000 up and it sounded great when I looked at it . Only one owner and 32000 km on it .. and since I got it home noticed the valve cover was leaking , after taking valve cover off . Relized cam holder had 2 broken bolts . Which had to be removed with an ez out . Did the valve shims all to spec and putit all back together . Fabricated a new lid for the air box ,to replace the missing lid .then there was the petcock issue . Which leaked gas into the crankcase , after I spent $70 doing an oil change

Ok seep rate reg a rec might explain why you are not burning a fuse ( I'm just not that familiar with the set up). Definitely replace that and if short for time order the stator also. Else wait till after testing with a new r/r

Just purchased a new R/R for my 650 1 month ago , do you think it would work for the 1000 ? Or no ..

It would be worth a try but the sh775 would be best for permanent install

And as for that rectifier ... any other suggestions on one that doesnt cost as much ?
