GS 750 77-79 Measuring points, What dvellangle in degrees to use?

    Hi everyone!

If using a dvellangle meter when adjusting points what exactly should the meter read
in degrees on each points set?
I know that for many 4 cylinder other engines it should read about 62 degrees
when the points are set(at 0.3 -0.4mm)correct,but what about the Suzuki 750 GS 77-79?
    Any help on this topic?

    In advance
    Thanks!

It doesn't seem all that critical. Anything close and it will run just fine. The points open and close a lot slower than they do in a car with lots of cylinders sharing one set of points.

I don't know your answer, I don't even bother looking any more. Just get the gap somewhere near right and set the timing.
