    Fork seal replacement

I must start of with a huge THANK YOU to BassCliff! I made the mistake of not replacing my fork seal during my recent rebuild. And of course it started to leak about 1,500 miles post RB. The technique of using air psi to pop out the seal work good. I first pumped them up with my air compressor, but only could get about 130 psi into them. I let them sit over night, and one came loose. I got a bicycle pump at Walmart, it came with a gauge that went to 200 psi. I pumped it up to 200 psi plus, and used a hot air gun to heat it up a little and pop! A lot less work then taking the fork completely a part! Thanks again for having this site!
