Anybody ever try Permarex "high tack" ?

Back in the day, whenever I was faced with a "questionable" gasket as far as sealing capabilities, I used to use a product called Permatex High Tack. It comes in an aresol can, and all's you needed was a very light coat on a paper gasket, for added sealing protection. High Tack actually slightly absorbs into the paper. Anyone ever expermanted using a comprable sealant on the GS top end gaskets? I am DEFINATELY using something for the valve cover gasket. I am also thinking the base gasket.

The high tac also comes in a brush on If you us it on the bike only do it on one side. The base, head, & other gasket need to be able to expand/contract with engine temp
