I have to Vote with Ike on this One. Z1 is a Great Source for parts for Vintage Japanise Bikes. Good Folks Too! By the Way, Welcome to the GSR!:-D

2001 KLR650 too pretty to get dirty

Life is a balancing act, enjoy every day, "later" will come sooner than you think. Denying yourself joy now betting you will have health and money to enjoy life later is a bad bet.

In most instances you do not need kits. The main thing you need is a gallon container of Berrymans carb cleaner & an O ring kit from www.cycleorings.com If you are carefull you can reuse the bowl gaskets
EVEN IF you get the kits I would use the original jets if they are still usable
DO yourself a favor & didassemble the carb rack to replace All OF THE O RINGS

Yeah, unless something weird has happened, jets won't be "worn out" or anything. I got o-rings from cycleorings.com and float bowl gaskets from z1 and it was a much cheaper rebuild than the kits.
