Front tire (Tubes in a tubeless tire?)

I know this is an old thread. The OEM tires on my 83 GS1100E had tubes. I've always used tubes. I can't find anything specific on the rims to tell me tube or tubless. I did find TB in the cast on one of the spokes. Would tubless work on my bike?1983 GS1100E owned since 1992. SOLD! :cry:

I've never used tubes in any GS cast wheels, marked tubeless or not. Only problem ever had was a crack at the valve stem hole on a "80" GS1000G wheel that was marked tubeless, replaced under warranty1983 GS1100E, 1983 CB1100F, 1991 GSX1100G, 1996 Kaw. ZL600 Eliminator, 1999 Bandit 1200S, 2005 Bandit 1200S, 2000 Kaw. ZRX 1100
