    Aye!

Anyone know if OEM pistons come with rings? I'm thinking about buying a set of .05 oversize pistons for my GS750. 12103-31860-050 shows up as a piston set and a good part number which is great if it includes the rings but not so great if it doest as the matching rings show as being made of unobtainium.

Always had to buy rings seperate.

I've got parts fiche's up to 1999 for all Suzuki's so, I have a part number I look up which bike it comes off. Simple. Love to have it on CD or PC but its too expensive to do.

I'm going to say the most obvious thing here. I know that parts are marked us as ***** first set of digits tells you what it is so all brake callipers are 69100. I also know that the last 5 digits are the model and the last ine is the superceeded number, so most will start with 0 and work up.

So GS(X)1100E is signified by 49200
      GS1000 45000
      GS(X)1100ESD 49500
      Later GS(X)1100EFE are **E**
      and so on.

Its the same for ther other models.

Old part numbers don't fit on newer bikes but newer superceeded parts fit on older bikes.
