Cheap and cool battery tester from Walmart

I got this battery tester, and modified it to go on my handlebars. I hooked it up through a relay, so I could get the battery voltage directly to the tester. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DjK4FBgkko

Thanks for the heads up! If it does die, I have it already wired for a higher quality unit. But, I did forget about the quality of the stuff at Wally World.

        Some good options here.

I hooked up a multicolor LED type volt meter (on the RH of the tach). I also used a relay to feed the power, to both the coils and the volt meter. So far working well (after sorting out my weak charging system).

        To measure is to know.
