    Yes, No, Idiot

Back to the rocker arms. The oil bump gets ground down flush and the outlet chamfered by a 2 size larger drill bit. What about casting lines. In the long stoke automotive world, you can save a lot of grief about your connecting rods by grinding off the casting marks that are known stress points. Is it worth the effort to do it to these the 1100 rockers and other internal pieces? And if yes that's a lot of meat bring removed around the adjuster boss. The rear line and most of the sides are no problem, but I'm not so sure with them. Or is this just stupid on these things?

i would leave them, you may weaken them so they snap, con rods run different stress loads, compression mainly where as rockers are stressed on a pivot so they could snap off.

    (i think i'm right!)

Just remember, an opinion without 3.14 is just an onion!
