What kind of 1100 or 1150 hub has a flat area next to the rivets? Or is it aftermarket? Has what looks like casting marks.

I have a couple of stock 1150 and 1100 hubs. I'll look. From memory that looks stock.1983 GS 1100E w/ 1230 kit, .340 lift Web Cams, Ape heavy duty valve springs, 83 1100 head with 1.5mm oversized SS intake valves, 1150 crank, Vance and Hines 1150 SuperHub, Star Racing high volume oil pump gears, 36mm carebs Dynojet stage 3 jet kit, Posplayr's SSPB, Progressive rear shocks and fork springs, Dyna 2000, Dynatek green coils and Vance & Hines 4-1 exhaust.
1985 GS1150ES stock with 85 Red E bodywork.

Here is pic of a stock one I have and I also have a V&H modified one at the shop. I will also look at it and get back to you and let you know if it is the same as this one or like the one you have. If I remember right it looks like the one you have posted I think and I purchased it new in 96. The one you posted looks stronger I would also think. So maybe it's a billet basket and not a stock one. I just looked at the one that Vance and Hines sold me back in 1996 and it looks the same as the one you have with the raised area around the rivets and it was not billet but was cast.
