    speedo drive question

Were there any year gs's that ran a 17mm front axle?

I'm asking because I am having trouble finding a speedo drive from a 86-88 gsxr 1100 to fit the front end on my 80 gs1100/gsxr conversion. I need it because I am running Bandit gauges although I don't think the gauges are an issue.

    Help or ideas?

Doesn't look good Nasty. Plenty of rear axles on Suzukis at 17mm but most Suzukis use the 15mm front axle. The only Suzuki I could find was the Suzuki GSX-R1100 88.

I know I could still order one from Suzuki but they're $173.00.

Just hoping someone can point me in the right direction for a used one.
